This patient had a dorsal hump with extension into the nasion. Irregularity and excessive width in the nasal root.

Procedure:

An external approach was used, The hump was resected extensively with bone removal from the nasion. Osteotomies performed and the nasal bones reduced. A septoplasty was performed and spreader grafts placed and a cephalic resection performed on the lower lateral cartilages.
