This young woman had a previous nasal airway operation by another surgeon and was unhappy with the excessively upturned nasal tip and deviation of the nose to the right side.
Procedure:
An external septorhinoplasty approach was performed as is usually necessary in revision surgery. Cartilage was harvested from the residual septum and spreader grafts and a dorsal graft placed. The lower laurel cartilages were refashioned and symmetry was created using suture techniques.an>
